Whistleblowing

As part of the E.ON Group, Energie-Pensions-Management GmbH (EPM) provides services in all areas of occupational pension schemes and the commercial management of pension institutions.

E.ON provides a hotline and an externally operated website for the anonymous reporting of possible violations of laws and regulations. These reporting channels are open not only to E.ON employees, but also to EPM's business partners, our employees, and other third parties who wish to submit confidential information.

You can use the hotline or website to report possible cases of misconduct, including corruption, fraud, embezzlement, tax evasion, human rights violations, violations of antitrust and capital market laws, insider trading rules and data protection laws, or other violations of the Code of Conduct.

It is important to note that the whistleblower channels mentioned are not intended for customer complaints or other contract-related issues arising from customer business. Depending on your concern, please either contact the E.ON customer hotline or get in touch with us via the EPM support channels
